{more sardinia}
Sunday we had a forecast for rain at 1:05 (well, there was some debate upon whether it had gotten changed to 1:07) so in the morning we headed out to another beach for quick walk and snacks.
Somehow, we were all wearing either blue, purple, or orange rain jackets with the majority in blue. Actually mine’s green but I didn’t really wear it.
Anyway, here are BB and some of the friends walking down to the beach.
Then somebody decided it was time for a nap.
Then the rain attacked… a bit earlier than planned, so we (quickly) retreated up to the cafe for some hot chocolate and pastries. Sardinian (it might actually be Italian) hot chocolate is really thick and almost like a pudding and really good.
Sister and A doing cat’s cradle.
The boys in their matching jackets.
Monday was sunny again so after school we went to the park and made up obstacle courses.
Tuesday we went into Oristanto and saw the town. We also went into K’s favorite yarn shop where I bought some very nice yarn with which I am currently working on a project. I’ll be sure to share once it’s done!
Wednesday morning we went to the beach for a brief viewing of the sea before leaving.
Now we are enjoying being back in Switzerland with our father (he couldn’t go because of his job) and back to this cold rainy weather. It feels like November! (no offence to all those November birthdays)

I'll tell you once, and I'll tell you again that your rain jacket is yellow, NOT lime green!
